Neon Dance
The Cultural Connector programme aims to support and nurture practitioners to develop their skills, with mentoring as part of a paid engagementThe Cultural Connector initiative is designed to help artists develop their practice whilst supporting Neon Dance to reach new audiences. The programme includes the offer of creative and producing mentorship from artistic director Adrienne and executive producer Maeve.
“Making Sound Move” is a two-part workshop that uses sewing to encourage participants to create their own “instrument” which later facilitates the movement. The workshop is designed keeping accessibility and inclusivity in mind, and offers various points of entry to participants with different interests.
